My birthday makes Obama cry….
While my birthday is still almost a month away, my dad and I were at the Norfolk gun show yesterday and he decided that I didn’t need to wait to get my new carry gun. While I filled out the background check form and did the purchasing, my father paid for it. I now present….my Sig Sauer P220
So, my dad and I took it to the range and had a good amount of fun. Now I just need to buy some holsters…

Open war day
Saturday morning, we went to war.
Well, kinda. There is a field in Chesapeake that is currently awaiting a challenge to it’s permit for airsoft usage. But unless there is a homeland invasion, this is the closest thing I will see to war in my lifetime… Thanks to our embedded reporter, Minx, for risking life and limb to record our important battle!
Set the the stage for 0 dark 30….I mean about 1100. Weapons have been checked and all the equipment has been tested. I made sure that I was issued appropriate attire.
Well, that would be appropriate attire if I were assaulting a mall….
It’s OK, surely I wasn’t the only one to make a mistake like this….
Well, hey at least I can throw my weapon and pretend to be a civilian…
After the game briefing we began to split off in two main teams. The first scenario was a capture the flag. The two teams were setup on different sides of the main area. One team was much closer to the flag than the other and from the word go would have the compound surrounded and slaughte the opposing force. Guess which team I was on….
When the signal came out we immediately began to move towards our objective…. 
We began to meet resistance almost immediately and after being hit you would have to run back to base camp before going out again
Well, at least I was getting good at getting killed….
Shortly after, the flag was no longer our concern just staying alive. Someone adopted the idea to pop some smoke so that we could setup better…
While it was a cool effect, I believe it just furthered the resolve of the enemy for making them smell burning marsh mellows for five minutes.
After they finished laying down that massive case of whoop ass on us, we played a few more rounds and called it a day. All in all, things went well. Need to pick up some BDUs so I can actually attempt to blend in next time.

Ok, I am fed up with this bullshit
So, all in all I read insane amounts of news every day and just can’t get over it. All of the content is anti-American, anti-gun, anti-freedom….
You get my fucking point(Warning, I think even Jay will call me a potty mouth after a few weeks)
So that is my point. I will talk about what I want and express my views in the way I see fit. I figure it will be easier to get my frustrations out here, cheaper than a therapist and not as gay as talking to a teddy bear…
So who am I? My name is Doug. I like guns, cars, America and bacon! Of course, by America, I mean old America. When we had values, when we believed in our constitution, when we worked for what we wanted, before we became touchy-feely, brainwashed, pussies! I grew up with these low-lives. They want everything done for them and they don’t care what it costs. I live in Southeast Virginia which is run by one of the brain washers, Gov Tim Kaine! What a jackass. Do you know what we have got with this guy? A lot of road projects that don’t seem like they will ever get done, vetoed gun rights bills and failed plans for paying for said road projects. Can’t wait for him to be gone…
I work in the IT department for a large Mental Health Care management company. That is the short term. The long term I would like to turn to public office. Virginia Beach City Counsel or Mayor, make my way to Governor and then to the House or Senate… Virginia has great gun laws but they could be better. We have terrible drivers that can be much better. We have OK schools and lousy parents. We can make the schools better and try to hold the parents accountable. HELL, LETS START HOLDING EVERYONE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE STUPID SHIT THEY DO!
